What are tokens?

Tokens are the units AI models use to process text. Roughly, 1 token ≈ 4 characters or ¾ of a word. A typical conversation uses 500-2,000 tokens. Your monthly usage covers both input (your prompts) and output (AI responses).

Can I change plans anytime?

What's the difference between the FREE, BASIC and PRO Tier models?

FREE Tier models (Gemini, Deepseek, Grok, Llama, Mistral, Qwen3) are fast and capable for most tasks.
BASIC Tier models (GPT-5, Claude 4, Gemini 3, Grok 4, Kimi K2.5, Sonar) offer advanced reasoning and are better for complex projects.
PRO Tier models (GPT-5.2 Pro+, Opus 4.5+) are the most powerful and expensive and are best for highly complex projects.

Why are the top AI models from the big providers only available in the Pro Tier?

If you need the power and expense of the world's latest, high-tier models - in PARALLEL - you're going to need the Pro Tier usage limit. Those models are excellent, but they'll eat the Basic Tier usage limits in no time. The Basic Tier models we make available will do most of the heavy lifting that the Pro tier models can do - at a much lower cost.

What happens if I exceed my usage limit?

You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% usage. On paid plans you can purchase additional token packs when your usage limit is reached. Free tier users can upgrade or wait for the next month.

Why are the Extra Usage Packs token usage budgets worth more than I am paying for?

The token usage budget is higher than you are paying for because it is a discounted price for the month. The more you use, the more you save. All token costs and totals are prominantly displayed in the chat interface.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use local-first storage by default (data stays on your device). Cloud backups and device syncing are encrypted end-to-end. We can't see your data and never train AI models on your conversations.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our membership system accepts most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and for Enterprise customers we can arrange invoicing and bank transfers.
